
FRANÇOIS DELAGE
François Delage, CEO of Adorisa Group, holds a business degree in Management and Finance from the European Business School. He began his career in finance at Louis Vuitton, then Polychrome France and The Walt Disney Company, before rejoining Louis Vuitton as finance director for Europe and Middle East in 1995. In 1999, Delage was appointed general manager for LVMH Fashion Brands (Celine, Fendi, Loewe, Louis Vuitton) in Micronesia (Guam and Saipan), based in Guam. In 2001, he was appointed President for the Asia Pacific region for Louis Vuitton, based in Hong Kong. In February 2007, Delage was appointed CEO for Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific. He became CEO of Forevermark the diamond brand from De Beers Group in September 2007 and CEO of De Beers Jewellers in July 2009 , a role he held until September 2020. where he led the Brand strategy and turnaround, opened and developed China and Greater China, launched High Jeweller and executed the transformation of the business to Omnichannel.
ALBERT BENSOUSSAN
Albert Bensoussan, Vice Chairman of Adorisa Group, has been the CEO for the Luxury - Watches & Jewelry Division at Kering Group between 2014 and 2020. He was previously owner of AB Consultants for 4 years, where he advised retail groups on brand strategies, business plans and sales and marketing strategies. Previously, he was associated with Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey for over 16 years in various senior capacities. He was the Director for the Watch and Jewelry business unit for the Louis Vuitton brand from 2003 till 2010 and the Sales and Marketing Director for the entire LVMH Watch § Jewelry Division from 2000 until 2003. In this role, he was responsible for integration of all the brands acquired at the end of 1999, including rationalization of distribution subsidiaries, creation of distribution activities in China and India as well as helping individual brands with their specific marketing strategies. He was the President at Givenchy Couture in Japan from 1996 until 2000 and was responsible for local retailing of ready to wear apparel and accessories. At Givenchy Couture, he also managed prior to his posting in Japan leather goods, fashion accessories and eyewear division in France. Prior to this, he worked with Cartier from 1984 until 1994 as the Director for watches and jewelry.
